| Common Questions(Click on the questions below for answers) | | | | | Customer Spotlight The Ohio Department of Natural Resources wanted to move to a Content Management System but needed to ensure that the system could not only handle more than 25,000 web pages but would have the capabilities to support the diverse needs of the many divisions within the organization. DBS managed and implemented all phases of this project - from recommending the right CMS, to creating 153 skins, to integrating 51 applications and 32 DNN modules, to establishing and loading more than 25,000 pages on their new CMS live site. From the very beginning DBS established a project work plan which ensured that each department understood the timeline and phases of the project. Throughout the project joint ODNR and DBS progress meetings were held and customer milestone approvals were signed. DBS also conducted formal training sessions which enabled the users to hit the ground running. In the end, DBS created a complete ODNR test site, the live ODNR site and an ODNR intranet site. Today, ODNR employees are able to update their current web pages, add new pages, add new functions, manage their workflow, and communicate their message immediately to the public.
